Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Aquaware ('we', 'us', or 'our') is a technology consulting company. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through aquaware.io, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to submit through our contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message. We do not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are processed by an AWS Lambda function and delivered by email to our team. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, to maintain conversation history and enable follow-up. After that period the data is deleted, unless you have entered into a contract with us, in which case retention follows the terms of that contract.

Third parties

Technical processing of your submissions involves Amazon Web Services (AWS), which hosts our infrastructure, and our outbound email provider. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar privacy laws, you may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data. You may also object to processing or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@aquaware.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
